We got a nail in our tire after moving out of state. They did not honor the 24 month warranty. In the warranty had nothing about out of state service, and were making up information on the spot on why they will not service the tire. They are refusing service. Do not purchase from this vendor if you’re moving off island.

Had an appointment at 1, but came in at 10:30 am due to my appointments prior finishing earlier. Was quoted 2-2 1/2 hour wait. Walked to get a coffee and came back at 12:30. Could not see my car so I assumed it was being worked on. Waited until 3pm and finally asked about my car. They said they were gonna pull up and it would take 45 minutes. Finally got my car back around 3:45. I could tell that they totally forgot about my car even with an appointment at 1pm. Waited more than 5 1/2 hours and they could not even fix the issue of my tire pressure light turning on. Do not come here unless you want your time wasted with no apologies. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I made an appointment to have my safety check at 9:30 am and was advised that it might take an hour and a half but usually can be done in an hour. Brought my car in about 10 minutes early and went to the waiting area. I heard my name called and it was exactly an hour later. That was terrific compared to another place I used last year. Thanks Lex Brodies for a job well done.

- i wrote a great review before because it was true - but then i took another car into them and they said i needed a strut assembly repair totaling $1700. and maybe alignment after they would not say how badly it needed or how much time it had before its dangerous - against their policy i guess i took it to another shop (local smaller shop) and they said i just needed the shocks replaced they also freely told me it wasn’t dangerous issue - it would wear my tires quicker if i don’t replace - i replaced them and it was $600 total for the pair maybe at lex- it depends on which mechanic you get as to how honest they are but it was the man in management office who said he could not tell me how soon i would need the struts done - only that it needs to be done ——————- this below is the old review - super sad situation- always get more than one opinion and this is the second time a big name place (chain) has done this to me LEX Brodie - waipahu -is a place you can trust. this week i went to firestone and they told me i needed to replace 2 things related to suspension that would have been $1700 they said i took my car to lex brodies for an inspection and they said i didn’t have anyt

I found a screw in my tire on Saturday night and dropped by Sunday without an appointment. I was told people with appointments had priority.....no worries. I watched tv, sat in the waiting area, walked outside to see the rain falling.....bottom line, it was a very pleasant and comfortable wait. The tech did apologize several times for the delay. I was just so appreciative Lex Brodie's was open on a Sunday and was able to provide me service.
